Contact the office for the current out of pocket rates of an individual session (telephone or video) or a couples/family session (telephone or video).
Please note that if you are paying out of pocket you will be required to pay before the start of your scheduled session. Also, if you have out-of-network mental health (outpatient) insurance benefits we can provide you with a superbill upon request that you will be responsible for submitting to your insurance company for reimbursement. Out-of-network mental health benefits usually reimburse a percentage of the fees paid for each session, but you would have to confirm with your insurance carrier what your plan covers before the session.
Accepted payment types:
Debit and all major credit cards are accepted via Square (HIPPA complaint). Fees are to be paid prior to the beginning of every session.
Cancellations:
Please notify the office 48 hours in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. This policy is designed to respect the time management and scheduling of the clinician and all other clients who may be impacted.
