I love helping people and it brings me joy to watch them find new beginnings. It is not easy to take that first step toward achieving positive and life-lasting change, but it can be worth it!

To seek out help for a more fulfilling and happier life is commendable and takes courage. Therapy may be one of the best decisions a person will ever make, as it can often assist with rebuilding broken lives, restoring failing marriages and mending shattered family relationships.

I have a Ph.D. in Clinical, Health, Forensic and Neuropsychology, and a Board Certified Licensed Mental Health Practitioner - NCC, BC-TMH, LPC, LCPC, LPCC, LIMHP, LSOTP, LSOE who will guide and work with you on improving significant areas of your life. I have a comprehensive multidisciplinary clinical training background and have helped hundreds of people of all ages and ethnicities.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I show empathy and believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels.

My approach is integrative, it combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic, Psycho-dynamic, Motivational, Rational Emotive Counseling, Smart Recovery and Positive Psychology. I will do my best to assist you in achieving your desired results through personalizing your treatment plan to meet your individual needs.

I have discovered freedom through Jesus Christ and enjoy true happiness and genuine success by daily applying the Word of God to every area of my life. This liberty has fueled a desire within me to help others experience the same through Christian Clinical Counseling approaches that not only provides insight into one’s struggles but also gives hope and builds faith that God will heal every broken area of their lives by the power of the Holy Spirit.
